Mark was going on a Caribbean cruise with 20 friends in January of 2024. The trip was booked in August and in typical Mark fashion he booked a room for two people without a second person in mind. At Thanksgiving with only a month and a half to go, he still did not have that spot filled. One of those friends happened to be dating one of Megans cousins. As fate would have it, Megan had a conversation with Marks friend, Anthony Pestello, and Megans cousin, Angela Zanzano, about wanting to go on a vacation in January or February. Texts were exchanged, Mark agreed to taking a random girl on a cruise and Megan said what does she have to lose.


A few dates later, January rolled around and the two were excited to board the cruise ship.


After a few days of fun in the sun Megan made sure Mark checked off a few important questions, because when is there a better time to ask if he wanted kids or what he envisioned for a future family, then after countless cocktails at two in the morning. When all the answers checked out the two decided to make it official.


2024 started off with a cruise, then continued with countless adventures, a couple of trips and plans for an end of Marks busy season in January of 2025 with a trip to Turks and Caicos. Little did Megan know, this trip would include her saying yes once again to an adventure of a life time.


On January 29th, while watching the sunset on the beach, prior to their dinner reservation, Mark asked Megan if she wanted to go for a walk. With the sun starting to set, the photographer hiding, Mark asked Megan to marry him. To no ones surprise Megan was crying as she said yes and the beachgoers cheered in celebration.


We are so excited to start this next adventure together and for all of you to celebrate this day with us. We are grateful for all of the love that has surrounded us over this past year as a couple and cannot wait to see the adventures continue.
