What is the attire/dress code?

We want all our friends and family to dress their best with us- the event is black-tie optional.

We encourage everyone to wear color or jewel tones, if possible, to make pictures/memories lively.

Black-tie optional for our wedding includes:

For ladies, long or full-length dresses.

For the guys, a full suit or tux.

Please no denim or street shoes/sneakers.

Do I get a plus one/can I bring an extra guest or can I bring my kids?

We created a guest list to include those who know our relationship/us the best. We want our wedding to be an intimate and easy going atmosphere. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate plus ones or extras not previously planned for.

Any children or plus-ones planned for have been indicated on the Save the Date and Formal Invitation.

When should we RSVP by?

We respectfully request all guests to RSVP by September 20, 2024 so that we can best prepare our vendors and make the necessary accommodations for the event.

All guests who do not reach out or RSVP on or by that date will be marked as not attending.

When should we plan to arrive?

Our ceremony will be set to begin at the time provided on your formal invitation, 5PM. To avoid any disruptions or awkward moments, please plan to be seated at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. If you are running late, we ask given the location of our ceremony that you wait until the cocktail hour. We truly appreciate our loved ones and friends taking time to celebrate us and want to be respectful of the time/schedule that has been prepared for the evening.

Where will your ceremony and reception take place?

Our plan is for our ceremony and cocktail hour to take place outside (at the end of October in Oklahoma, so of course the weather is TBD). In the event of inclement weather, our plan B is to hold the ceremony and cocktail hour inside.

The reception will take place inside, regardless.
