Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure enough time for parking and seating!

There is a large gravel parking lot located right next to the red barn. It is a very short walking dstance to the ceremony and reception area.

The ceremony will be held outside, with little to no shade. Our reception is held indoors. We encourage you to watch the weather forecast in Mount Vernon, Washington, and be prepared for warm weather in the late afternoon. Small hand-held fans will be provided, but air conditioning will not.

As much as we love little ones and hope to have many of them in the future, due to limited space, we politely ask you to only bring those listed on your RSVP.

Due to the limited capacity of the venue, this will be on a case by case basis. If not specifically conveyed on the invitation we politely ask that this would be a solo mission for you.

Our goal is an "unplugged ceremony." We politely ask you to leave cameras and phones away and off during the ceremony. We have an incredible photographer who will get the perfect shot, so you can enjoy the moment in real time!
