WHEN DOES THE PARTY START?
The festivities begin Friday evening with Welcome Cocktails at The Ridley at 7:30 PM! But feel free to join in the fun whenever you can.
WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
We recommend staying at either the Draftsman Hotel, the Courtyard Marriott, or the Hampton Inn. Please see the Travel page for more information.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Transportation to and from the hotels will be provided! All of the hotels are within walkable distance from downtown and each other.
The buses will leave the Draftsman Hotel and the Courtyard Marriott at 3:00 p.m. Guests staying at the Hampton Inn can easily walk to either hotel for the shuttle pickup.
The ceremony begins at 4:00 p.m. If you wish to travel separately, we kindly ask that you arrive 20-25 minutes early.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Summertime cocktail attire is preferred. Think upscale winery: comfortable dresses and grass appropriate shoes for women; slacks and a jacket for men. Ties are optional!
What are you feeding me?
Don't you hate being told what to do?! We do! Haven't you ever missed dinner at a wedding because when it's served you're not hungry yet (or are still filling up on liquids) and so you miss your opportunity to eat for the night?! We have!
We decided to de-structure our wedding so everyone can have a great time, their own way! There will be no plated, sit down dinner. But there will be a TON of food available the entire night, including appetizers, table-side salads, stations with an assortment of proteins, carbs, and vegetables, and late night snacks.
DRINKS, ANYONE?
The reception will be an open bar but please note that the Happily Ever After Party at The Ridley will be a cash bar.
How do I get home?
Buses will leave the venue at 9:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. and will make drop-off stops at the hotels.
Please be advised that while Ubers may be available to bring you to the venue, we have been informed that the availability of Ubers for pickup in the area will be limited. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns about getting home!
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
As much as we love your tiny humans, due to space constraints, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding.
