COVID-19 Update - ALBERTA Restrictions
We are still a go folks! Valley Ridge Golf Course has confirmed they are participating in the Restrictions Exemption Program. This means the venue can operate without capacity or operating restrictions if they require people aged 12 and over to show one of the following:
- proof of vaccination
- partial vaccination (one dose) accepted September 20 to October 25 if received 2 weeks before time of service
- full vaccination (two doses) required after October 25
- proof of a privately-paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of service (tests from AHS or Alberta Precision Laboratories not allowed)
- documentation of a medical exemption
We kindly request that everyone please have their proof of vaccination or negative test readily available on October 2, 2021. Valley Ridge is diligently working to implement a process to confirm everyone’s proof in accordance with these new rules and regulations as seamlessly as possible. We will post additional information here as it becomes available.
Please note that masks must be worn in the hallways when exiting the private banquet room and bartenders must go home at 10:00 pm (but that doesn’t mean the party has to stop!).
If for any reason you are uncomfortable and/or have concerns attending given the current COVID situation, please let us know as soon as possible. While Mark and I would love to share our special day with you, we completely understand if you choose not to attend.
