Our wonderful chef who is hugely passionate about using locally sourced and sustainable produce and is leading the way in the world of event venues. She will be serving Lamb from the local Farm on Romney marsh and fish caught off Sussex shores, Local artisan bread. and offering a full english cheese board with english butter.

All the food will be prepared and served from the chefs kitchens.
