Yes! Both the ceremony and the cocktail hour will be outside. Please dress and plan accordingly. In case of inclement weather, all activities will be moved indoors.

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Please arrive no later than 4:45pm. The cocktail hour will be held from 5:30-6:30pm, with the reception immediately following. The reception will end at 11:00pm.

Obviously! We have a room booked at Dakota Prime Steak House and Sushi Bar, located only steps away from the Wingate Hotel and the shuttle drop-off location. The restaurant is located inside the nearby Ramada Hotel (2216 W Landis Ave). A cash bar will be available until 1am.

Yes - free parking is available onsite at Running Deer. For your convenience (and to party safely), a shuttle service will also be available to and from our preferred hotel.
