Our Wedding

To put it simply, we can thank our mom's for getting us to this day. Flashback to Christmas time 2022. Both of our moms, Melissa and Tracey, were at a Foster care/adoption Christmas party. They got to talking and realized both of their children (Mark and Katey) were single at the same time. They talked about setting the two up. Over Christmas, Melissa mentioned to her son that she knew of a girl he should connect with. To her surprise, Mark decided to listen and added Katey on Facebook. Katey happened to be out with a friend when she got a notification that a Mark Terpstra had requested to be her friend. Immediately she knew that her mom was up to something. Despite not wanting her mom to medle, she accepted the request and even messaged him (after he messaged her first of course ;) ). Flash forward to today and the two have fallen madly in love. They have gone on many adventures together and are so excited to take on life side by side as husband and wife. We are so excited for you to join us and be apart of our love story.

Jenna has been best friends with the bride since they were in first grade. They have shared, many adventures, tears, laughter, and memories together.

MaKayla has been best friends with the bride since high school. They met in marching band where they were both in the drumline. They have been good friends ever since.

Katie has known the bride since they were in elementary. Katie is the older sister of Jenna. Katie and the bride have become friends in adulthood bonding over their love of Taylor Swift.

Evan and Mark are long time friends! From just hanging out, eating a bunch of food or grabbing a beer they are sure to have a great time together!

Trey and Mark have been great friends since third grade!! They are life long friends and have always enjoyed each other’s company! In their younger years they would often play playstation together but mainly just enjoy hanging out or sharing a beer!

Connor is the bride’s younger brothers and best friend! Ever since Mark and Katey started seeing one another, Connor has tagged along as a great 3rd wheel!

Zyianna (AKA Sugar lady) is the youngest Fritz kid of one of the brides beloved sisters. This sassy little 4 year old is excited to be the flower girl!
