Our Wedding

Marley and Jason met in March of 2020, and made their relationship official a few months later on May 19th. The two did long distance for about 7 months until deciding to move in together April 2021. Since then they have both secured jobs with United Airlines, Marley as a Flight Attendant and Jason an Aircraft Repositioner. They have truly made Sonoma County their home, and are enjoying everything Northern California has to offer. Especially wine tasting, hiking, and camping.

Our Story

Jason had a very difficult task in pulling off a surprise proposal for Marley, who is always the planner in their relationship. After going back and forth on the location of the proposal he reached out to Marley's close friend Paige who is also a photographer for advice. She suggested a breathtaking spot on the coast, Bodega Trailhead. When Jason told Marley to be ready by 1 o'clock she definitely had her suspicions. Once the two got in the car he blindfolded her for the 1 hour drive out to the coast. After they arrived the two walked arm and arm out to the cliffside and then Jason told Marley to take off her blindfold. Thats when Marley saw Jason down on one knee in the most stunning location and after a few tears she said "YES!" The two enjoyed the sunset with a bottle of rosé&nbsp;and spent the rest of the weekend celebrating together.

Airports

The closest airport to Calistoga is Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS). It's about a 30 minute drive from the airport to Calistoga. Other airports include San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and Oakland International Airport (OAK), both are about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Ubers in Calistoga will be very limited so we do recommend renting a car.

Accommodations

Calistoga is very small town and most hotels are walking distance from downtown. Their are limited rentals for Airbnb so if you have a large group we recommend booking early. We have linked below a few of our favorite hotels in the area!
