Very few people actually know the story of the first time Marley and Corey met. It was April 14th 2017 and at this point had been a few months of the two corresponding through social media until Corey FINALLY took action. Marley was at her house with 2 of her best friends (and current bridesmaids) when one thing led to another and it was decided Corey was to drive to Marley's house where they would meet for the first time. The two sat in his car in the driveway talking about just about everything until 2 in the morning. Marley would go back inside to her friends and tell them I'm going to marry that boy.


They went on their first official date to Coldstone on May 13th 2017. Corey officially asked Marley to be his girlfriend on June 17th and the couple spent the next 5.5 years doing a little bit of everything - but mostly eating. Rumor has it Corey truly fell in love when he watched Marley eat 4 bowls of soup, 8 breadsticks and a full entree of ravioli, followed by a Dairy Queen Blizzard without even batting an eye.


On May 6th 2023 Marley thought she was going to spend a day at the outlets with 3 of her best friends. On the way there they decided to make a stop at a brewery called Cobblehaus at the Falls. Marley, of course, had to use the restroom (much to her friends dismay) and as she came out she was guided toward a small path in the woods. Looking up, standing there at the end of the long pathway, was Corey. He proposed to her and planned a beautiful celebration with their closest friends and family. It was the perfect day.
