Unfortunately, due to the size restrictions of our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests whose name is listed on the invitation.

Yes, we will have shuttles available at the cost of $45 per person. For guests staying at Edgewood, shuttle pickup will be at 11:45am outside of the clubhouse building. For guests staying elsewhere, shuttle pickup will be at the Heavenly Village Transit Center, located at 4114 Lake Tahoe Blvd, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150. It is centrally located in the Heavenly Village, directly across from the Marriott and a short walk from the Nevada casinos. Shuttles from this pickup location will depart at 12:00pm.

Men are encouraged to wear a suit or tailored jacket with dress pants (tie optional but welcome). Women can opt for a dress or jumpsuit. Think striking the balance between formal and fun. Please avoid neon colors.

Because Tahoe sits at high elevation, the atmosphere can shift quickly mornings may be crisp, and afternoons pleasantly warm. It’s smart to bring layers (a light jacket, maybe a shawl or sweater) so you’re comfortable all day.
