Q + A

When do I need to RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP for the day on or before April 18, 2024 as we have to provide final numbers to vendors. Please RSVP for the evening by May 2. If you have not completed the RSVP by those dates, we will mark you as "Not Attending".

Can I bring a guest?

When you search your name to RSVP, it will indicate how many spaces we have reserved for your party. For our day guests, we have also indicated this on your invitation.

Can we bring our kids?

Your invitation/online RSVP will specify how many spaces we have reserved for your party. We will have a kids area set up and there is also a playground outside. However, we cannot guarantee that music played after 9:30pm will be suitable for little ears.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! We are asking guest to dress up with us, as such, semi-formal wear is requested. Please no jeans or sweatpants.

Can I take pictures?

We have hired professionals to capture this special day for us and ask that guests do not take pictures or videos during the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Is there an open bar?

We will be having a Cash Only Toonie Bar, each drink will be $2! Non-alcoholic beverages will be free. Please ensure you have cash with you as there is no ATM on site. There is free parking at the venue and guests can leave their car overnight. Drink responsibly and get a safe ride home! P.S. No need to tip the bartender, we have that taken care of.

Can I bring my own liquor?

No! Please respect our liquor license and do not bring your own liquor.

What's for dinner?

We will be having a buffet style dinner. In the RSVP, we are asking you to select a main course choice to assist us with ordering the appropriate amount. Please contact us if your dietary restrictions should be a concern.

What time should I arrive?

We ask that guests arrive no earlier than 4:15. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 (hopefully). If you arrive late, we ask that you either watch from a distance or sneak in quietly and find a seat at the back. Evening guests are welcome to start arriving at 7:15. We plan to cut the cake at 7:30 and have coffee and dessert then.
