How about check-in?
The check-in starts at 15:00 on Friday. Once you arrive, please head to the reception (right at the main gate of the whole complex) as your keys will be waiting there. Upon check-in, please state that you are coming for the wedding of Marta and George. We cover the costs of your stay from Friday to Sunday, so you don't need to worry about anything.
What can we do at the venue?
Great Question! The answer is: RELAX. The venue has a great spa, restaurant, pub, pool, and places to rest. You are also encouraged to socialize with the other guests :)
But...how about SPA treatments?

PS It is always better to book treatments in advance. To do so, please e-mail the hotel. The costs for SPA treatments are to be covered by guests (sauna&pool are however included in the room price, which is covered by us).
Are breakfasts included in the stay we booked for you?
Short answer: YES!
Breakfast is included for all guests both on Saturday and Sunday. It is served from 7:00 to 11:00 in the main restaurant - which is the same place where the wedding will take place!
Is there any program for Friday?
There is no official program, as guests will be arriving at different times. Whenever you arrive, just come and join us to say hello to our wedding weekend, get to know other guests, grab a bite and drink something nice :)
What's the plan for Saturday?
Saturday is the big day!
The ceremony starts at 16:00, and will take place in the back of the restaurant, where the party will be afterwards (don't worry with directions, we will provide you with a map of the venue closer to the event).
The ceremony, which will take place outside, will last about 20-25 minutes. After that, it is custom to start a receiving line - an opportunity for all guests to share their wishes and give their gifts to the couple. Marta's Maid of Honor will be standing next to the bride with traditional wooden box - it serves as a place to deposit any envelopes you will have (if your gift includes it).
After the receiving line, the married couple will lead all guests to the restaurant where the party will begin. We will start with served lunch, followed by first dance, couple of great tunes, and a cake. All details about timings of meals and other traditional parts of the wedding you will find on the event plan which, together with a menu for a night, will wait for you at your seat.
What are other technical details about the wedding that I should be aware of?
On the wedding we will be serving main three-course dinner (with vegetarian options for those who requested it earlier), followed by several other food opportunities throughout the night.
When it comes to drinks, those will be served by waiters. Each table will have assigned its own English-speaking waiter, who will be there to assist you all night long. Waiters will be there to serve you wine or vodka/palinka. If you wish to grab a cocktail, our bartender will wait for you with his menu on one side of the dancefloor. If whisky is your choice, this will be standing ready on the buffet right after official dinner. Soft drinks will be available all night long on the buffet.
During the wedding, our DJ will provide you with great music, and the master of ceremony will be there to translate everything that is going on into English - so that everybody can enjoy everything around them.
At midnight the traditional "throwing of the bouquet" will take place - for those unfamiliar with this game, Marta will be standing with her eyes closed, surrounded by all unmarried ladies in the room. Once the music stops, she throws her bouquet, and whoever will catch it is deemed to be the next future bride!
The wedding will conclude at 3:00.
How about Sunday?
Sunday does not include any celebrations anymore, meaning there is no official program. It is mostly sad time of goodbyes. All guests, even those departing by the earliest transportation, can grab breakfast from 7:00.
For those who are staying one more extra night on Sunday - all amenities that the venue has to offer are available for you. Please note, that the restaurant is often busy on Sundays. If you wish us to help you with booking a table for lunch/dinner, please let us know.
