There is a specific number of people that our venue can accommodate, therefore we ask that you only respond for what has been specified on the invitations.
4. Can I bring my children?
While we adore all of the children in our lives, we've decided to keep our wedding an intimate affair and are only able to extend invitations to children who are specifically named, or are under the age of two years. We hope you understand and can make arrangements accordingly.

10. How do I dress for the venue/weather?
This is an outdoor wedding, which will take place rain or shine. For this time of the year it is not unusual for weather to be anywhere between 70 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit in Canandaigua. The ceremony will take place on a grassy area, so please keep this in mind for your choice of footwear. The reception will take place under a tent.
11. Where should I park?
When you enter the venue, there is a long gravel driveway and two large gravel parking lots. Parking for wedding guests is in the lot to the right. Please do not park in the lot to the left, because this is a considerably longer distance to where the ceremony and reception will take place. Additionally, this lot is specifically for other events that may be occurring the same day . If you require additional assistance, please contact us ahead of time for more information.
12. What should I consider if I want to take pictures?
We have hired two professional photographers, as well as a professional videographer for the day. Therefore, we please ask that you refrain from using photography, including cell phones, during the ceremony. Once Mary and Dylan have exited the ceremony, you are more than welcome to take as many pictures as you want, and we hope that you do!

Yes, there will be an open bar during the cocktail hour and the reception, which will offer beer and wine only. No outside alcoholic beverages will be permitted, due to the strict policy of the venue.

The venue has a strict policy regarding sound compliance and clean-up. Therefore, the reception will end at 10:30pm and all guests are expected to leave by no later than 11pm.
15. Where should I stay for the night?
On the night of the wedding we have reserved the on-site campground at Lincoln Hill Farms. You are more than welcome to join us and set up a tent! If anyone does not have a tent but would like to camp, please contact us. We can set you up with one. There are several hotels that are close to the venue that are listed under the Travel tab as well. Most are less than ten minutes from the venue, and are located right on Canandaigua lake. If you are staying in town for a few days, this area has plenty of lake-side activities that would be worth your while. The city of Rochester is about 45 minutes from the venue, and also has hotel accommodations.
