The ceremony starts at 4:00. The event will end at 10:00pm.

You will park in a grass field down the hill. The ~300 foot trail to the ceremony will take you through the forest. Please let us know if you need accessible parking. There is parking closer to the ceremony area. There will be signage.

Casual-semi formal. The event is entirely outdoors. Wildflower/nature vibes. Wear comfortable shoes that can go on grass. Bring a jacket as the venue will get shaded from the surrounding forest.

The address is 6486 Sconce Road, Hubbard, OR 97032. It’s about a half hour south of Portland, OR and about a half hour north of Salem, OR. It’s mostly farm country around the venue.

The high in July averages 82 degrees and 57 degrees as a low. This area typically gets less than an inch of rain in July. In the case of rain, we will get a tent. The venue will be shaded and it is common for a breeze to flow through the forest.

Appetizers will be hummus/feta/Kalamata olives/tzatziki/pita, cheese, crackers, bread. Dinner will be a buffet. Crispy coconut chicken, dijon pork loin. Berry salad. Seasonal roasted vegetables. Macaroni and cheese. Rolls and butter. There will be a gluten free/vegan option. There will be snacks provided later. Alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks.

Yes. No liquor please as requested by the venue. We will have a selection of wine, beer, and seltzer.
