Katy and Mary met in High School and were friends after many seasons in the Marching Band and Winter Guard. Katy has been the friend that Mary could always turn to no matter how much time had passed.

Becket started as Joe's dog. His love and dedication to Joe was evident from the word go. When Beckett met Mary it was love at first woof. Since then Beckett has been a big part of Joe and Mary's life and together they have made a family bond between them. Beckett's loving and caring demeanor leads all who meet him to love him.

Kali was Mary's dog to start. Her dedication to all around her human and dog alike was something all could count on. When Kali lost both eyes in 2023 Mary and Joe worked hard to keep her life as active as Kali had always been. Their hard work paid off and Kali learned with their help how to overcome her newest challenge. Kali learned to rely on Mary and Joe to keep her safe. Her trust inspired Joe as the two begin to conspire together. Kali's role in Joe and Mary's engagement was pivotal and kept Mary distracted from many signs.

Katy met Joe and Mary at dog shows. She has been a wonderful Junior and enjoys showing dogs. She has shown Beckett many times and will be guiding him down the isle.

Trent is Joe's younger brother. They played baseball and umpired for years together, as well as doing dog shows. In Highschool they played in the marching band together.
