Semi-Formal/Dressy attire is what the bridal party will be wearing. Dressy Church attire is encouraged. However, we want all our guests to wear what makes them feel most handsome and beautiful!

Yes! We will be having an "Unplugged Ceremony." We request that once the ceremony begins, all guests silence and put away their devices. The bride and groom have a professional photographer and videographer to capture the entirety of the ceremony. For this to happen, it's very important that no other devices must be in the line of the shots. We want all of our guests to be fully present in this special moment.

No. After the wedding ceremony, the Social Hour will begin at 5:30 in the lobby of the 7th floor of the HPE building. The reception will begin between 6:00 -6:30. There will be light snacks and refreshments with games and photo ops for guests to enjoy as they await the arrival of the bride and groom.

Riley and Mary are not doing a "First Look" before the wedding ceremony. Riley wants to see Mary for the first time when she walks down the aisle. Because of this, the couple will need to wait until after the ceremony to take their pictures together. Therefore, additional time needs to be built in following the ceremony for these pictures. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

The reception will be held at the University of Pikeville's HPE Building on the 7th floor. This is the same building on the University's campus that the "Chick-Fil-A" restaurant is located in. To find this location you can look up the address for "Chik-Fil-A" or HPE building in Pikeville, KY and it should bring you right to it.

There are multiple locations where guests can park and easily find our reception space. We recommend guests park in the HPE parking lot right outside the building, the parking garage across the street, or the "Chic-Fil-A" parking lot on the hill. If guests park at the HPE Building, they can walk inside and take the elevators to the 7th floor. If guests park in the parking garage, they can walk across the street or pedway and take elevators to the 6th floor. Then walk outside to the HPE building next door. If guests park in the "Chic-Fil-A" parking lot, they can walk right inside and take the elevator/steps to the 7th floor.

Yes! Our guests are more than welcome to bring whoever they choose. Just make sure to RSVP to let us know how many people will be with you!
