We've made plans and are sticking to them! We look forward to seeing everyone that can make it. Thank you in advance for all the effort you all are taking to get here--we're so excited to spend time with you in one of our favorite places.
General Timeline:
We will be in Emigrant Wednesday August 4th through Monday August 9th. Folks are welcome to arrive at anytime.
We encourage everyone to coordinate lodging and car rentals with one another as affordable options are limited.
Thursday:
On Thursday night, The Steeldrivers are playing at the Old Saloon in Emigrant. We'll be going to the show and anyone who wants to listen to some live music should get some tickets!

Friday:
We'll be having a small rehearsal dinner with our families Friday night. Otherwise, no plans, although we'll likely end up at the Old Saloon after dinner! We encourage everyone to enjoy exploring the area. Hiking, fishing, floating, and breweries abound. (Not to mention Yellowstone National Park.)
Saturday:
On Saturday we'll be getting ready, taking some pictures, and doing the general day of stuff. We plan on kicking off the ceremony around 4:30pm.
There will be plenty of parking near the house, but please carpool and reduce the number of DDs. (Plan ahead as there aren't any ride services in the Paradise Valley!)
We're cooking up some good grub and will have vegetarian options available. If folks have any additional considerations, please let us know.
Mary's parents are bringing a dance floor so bring your party shoes.
***Attire is Summer Formal/Dressy Casual. If you're itching to get dressed up after a year and a half of a pandemic, please do! If you don't want to wear a suit, no one will be judging. Keep in mind it could be pretty hot.
Sunday:
We'll be hanging out and will likely have a keg or two to finish off. :)
A note on COVID:
We're vaccinated!
As we'll have older relatives and little ones at the event, we ask that anyone who is choosing not to get vaccinated please not attend. We want to ensure that we can celebrate safely and don't want to risk the health of our loved ones--thank you for understanding.
While the entire event will be outside and we won't be wearing masks, folks are welcome to do so if they feel more comfortable.
