Twinning…. But not on the wedding day, sorry. Julie is my (Mary’s) twin sister and yes, we are identical. Julie, Julie, Julie. Well, our journey together started from literally day one. From sharing bunkbeds, to going off to separate colleges, to moving out of our parent’s house and living on our own… Despite the distance, we always have a connection that remains strong (by genetics) and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I honestly can say I did not know if this day would ever come where I would find someone to marry, but you’ve helped give me faith that I would even when it was hard to believe. Thank you for never giving up on loving me, understanding me, and growing with me. There is no one else I would rather have as my maid of honor because you are my forever bestie.

David and I didn’t always get along growing up—like most siblings, we had our fair share of fights. He bugged me constantly, and I wasn’t always the kindest big brother. But life has a way of teaching you what really matters. As we’ve grown older, so has our relationship. The petty stuff faded, and what’s left is something real—mutual respect, shared laughs, and a bond that can’t be broken. David, you’ve become one of the most dependable, thoughtful, and loyal people I know. You challenge me, you support me, and you’ve been there in ways I never even had to ask for. Watching you grow into the man you are today has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. There’s no one else I’d trust to stand beside me as my best man. You’re not just my little brother—you’re my best friend, and I’m incredibly proud of you. Thank you for being in my corner, always.

Jade… Our lovey companion. Thank you for always being a shoulder to lean on for spiritual troubles and praiseworthy moments. You have been there for us since the beginning of our friendship to the blossoming of our relationship. It has also been a joy to have lived in the same apartment complex as you, Jade! (From Mary) Our weekly Bible studies are some of my favorite nights of the week. Although you will be moving out soon, I truly cherish every moment we get to share together. You are a true example of someone living by the Spirit.

Erik isn’t just my older cousin — he’s been by my side since the beginning. We’ve played soccer together, grown up like brothers, and had countless sleepovers that usually ended in chaos. One of my favorite (and probably most infamous) memories? The time we beheaded Chuck E. at Chuck E. Cheese — yes, ripped the head off the mascot costume — and our parents had to rush us out before anyone realized we had just committed what felt like a world-class crime. Classic us. Through it all, Erik has always been there. There’s no one else I’d rather have standing next to me.

Roomie! You knew me before I grew in my relationship with Christ and during some rough relationships. Now I’m in a strong relationship with Him and my now, fiancé. Thank you for always supporting Nick and I and for helping me through some darker moments. Can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Billy is Mary’s brother and such an important part of the Groomsmen party. He’s more than a friend—he’s family. With his big heart, loyalty, and love for the Bears, there’s no one I would rather have by my side.

My new sister! Victoria, I know you have never had a sister before so I am glad I can be a sister for you now. We got really close from the trip in Europe and I am so grateful for your family for that trip. All thanks to David😂 Anyways, I am so excited to have you by my side for this special day. Your brother is an odd one for sure, but he’s a good one. Can’t wait to be Italian soon!

Todd is Mary’s brother-in-law, and soon to be Nick’s as well. He’s an amazing person with a big heart and such an important part of our family. Always there for us with great advice and support, Todd is truly a special presence in all of our lives. We are so thankful to have him.

Our recently engaged friend! Gia, your energy and positivity flow from your heart. I don’t know exactly where this journey of life has taken you, but I know that you have grown to become an outstanding leader and mentor. I don’t know how you manage it all but I know where your strength comes from (G-O-D). We love you so dearly, friend. You never fail to bring smiles to our faces, new hope and encouragement to our hearts, and really big hugs when we need them most. Here’s to planning our weddings together!

Stephen – One of my best friends and someone who’s always been there for me through everything. He’s had my back no matter what and is the person I can always turn to for honest, thoughtful advice. I truly value his friendship and I’m so excited to have him stand by my side as one of my groomsmen.

My sistaaa sista, Obviously it was a no-brainer making you my wedding day coordinator. A day where you can boss everyone around? Love it. You are a wonderful mother to your kids, wife to Todd, and my one and only older sister. Thank you for helping guide me through life and for bossing me around when it’s needed. No matter how far away we are, I will always meet you where you are. Thank you for always believing in me and knowing there was a better man for me out there. I’m happy to have finally found him, and I am ready to party with you on our special day!

George and Nick share a special bond. From the moment they met, I knew George would become one of my closest friends. He’s someone I can always lean on for support, advice, and encouragement in all walks of life. True friends like George are rare to find, and I am grateful every day for his friendship.
