This sleek Kansas City hotel is a staple for great views and a clean modern aesthetic. Evan and I have enjoyed dinner and drinks at the bar and restaurant in the Loews hotel and can confirm their cocktails and dinner menu are top-notch. Loews Kansas City Hotel

We LOVE this hotel! It's got all of the Kansas City charm and amazing views of downtown with walkability to Jack Stack BBQ, Grünauer, and other popular spots in the Crossroads District. Although these are some great perks, it's the history of the building that we love. The Crossroads Hotel makes sure to keep alive their Pabst Blue Ribbon (PBR) history and provides a complimentary PBR at check-in. Crossroads is a thoughtful reimagining of the Pabst Brewing Depot, built in 1911. A time when Percheron horse-drawn teams paraded the streets with wagons loaded with beer. When Prohibition came, KC political boss Tom Pendergast bought both buildings, using them as an office and, according to legend, to bootleg liquor. Mixing Midwestern charm with unforgettable characters like Tom Pendergast and Johnny Lazia, it's our goal to keep the spirit of this building, the neighborhood, the city and its citizens thriving at the Crossroads and infuse it with the energy of all who visit.
