We say that it was a long shot that we ever met because if it had not been for us taking a chance with Bumble, our normal paths would have never crossed.

Our first date was on Friday, September 18th, 2020. Because we were still in the height of covid, every restaurant we called was only doing take out so we reluctantly put on our mandatory masks (haha) and we went to Hugo's. We made a delicious cream cheese, pepper, and onion stuffed chicken breast with asparagus and played rummy 500. My wonderful grandma Marcella taught me how to play when I was little girl and Scott's groomsman Travis's grandma taught him to play many moons ago as well. It was the best 1st date ever and it was love at first sight!

We share a love of the outdoors, cooking, grilling, fitness, and enjoying music and a cocktail around the solo stove in the backyard. We have packed lots of fun trips during our time together (Duluth, Glacier National Park, Valley of Fire State Park, Las Vegas, Honolulu, and Puerto Vallarta). We have loved every minute of it!
