Max and Mary-Kate met years ago as co-workers at the U. S. National White Water center in Charlotte, NC. Mary-Kate was a camp counselor and Max was a raft guide that would take her campers for rafting adventures during the week. They quickly became best friends and over the years that friendship grew into the love they share today.

Mary-Kate and Max love the great outdoors and spend most their time adventuring around the world with their two dogs, Roxy & Dakota and reading every book that catches their eye.
