Can I bring my children?
While we love little ones, we kindly request to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event, with the exception of Randall and Mary Kathryn’s beloved niece and nephew. We hope this advance notice allows you to make arrangements so you can relax and enjoy the festivities with us.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. Therefore, please be respectful of the guest list and do not bring anyone who isn’t specifically listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Where do I park?
At St. Ann Catholic Church, there is a large paved parking lot located behind the church. If the lot happens to fill up, no worries—there’s plenty of free street parking available on the surrounding side streets.
Please allow time for traffic going to Champion Mill as the road can get backed up during tournament and event weekends. If you would like to get to Champion Mill earlier than the 5pm start for cocktail hour, feel free to grab some drinks at the Hydraulic Bar or Municipal Brew Works inside!
Lots 5 and 6 are designated for wedding guests ONLY. Lot 5 is handicapped parking. Lot 6 will be blocked until 4pm to deter non-wedding guests from parking there.
Signage at lot 6 will reference a “Green Pass Parking Only.” Wedding guests can ignore this sign and advise the parking attendant they are going to a wedding. If staying at the hotel, park in lot 3.
The Champion Mill Conference is the building on the river side. The Butler Ballroom is on the 3rd floor.
What time should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive and be in your seat no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier to give yourself time to park and find your seat.
Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.
What is the dress code?
Come dressed to impress! Ladies are encouraged to wear midi or floor length dresses. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear slacks and button down shirts with a tie. Please no jeans, sneakers, and of course, no whites/ivories/creams.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes — complimentary beer, wine, and liquor will be available at the bar until 9 PM. So have fun and let loose, but please get home safe!
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 10 Cassandra Court, Hamilton, OH.
A wedding card box will be at our reception.
Can I take pictures?
We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired an awesome photographer to capture every detail of the wedding ceremony, and we will of course share those photos with
you afterwards! At the reception, we encourage you to let loose, have fun, and snap as many photos as your heart desires!
