MARY: Craig, What's our story?

CRIAG: I don't know. I liked you so much that I decided marrying you was the acceptable thing to do.

We met back in September of 2019 at Watami. There, we talked for hours before Mary had to go home and sleep before a night shift. We then went on several more dates before becoming an official couple at Fright Night in October.

After that, everything was going well but then a darkness descended upon the land so we didn't see each other for months from lockdown. Supplementing our time with video games, socially distanced dates, and video chatting, we stayed very much in touch and in love.

When the pandemic bans started to lighten up, we went on vacation to Emerald Isles and several more dates in between. Our first anniversary we spent meeting penguins at the Aviary where Craig conveniently forget to take Mary's picture with the penguin and she has never let him live it down.

We continued to live our lives together and went on several more dates and trips. Mary slayed the Rancour (Got her Master's Degree) so then we started looking at houses. After approximately 50 houses and 1.5 notebooks filled with details on each house, we fell in love with the most perfect house in West Mifflin.

Though we both managed to get COVID in January, we got better and bought our first house together, officially becoming business partners. The next few months were spent unpacking and making our house a home.

We started the summer of 2022 strong with a trip to Tennessee and North Carolina. We then travelled to Maryland before Mary changed jobs and Craig got promoted to Advanced Engineer. Summer ended very strong when we adopted our puppy, Finnegan.

In September, we took a vacation to Dewey Beach, where Craig proposed at sunrise on the beach with the tiny fiddler crab as witness. We had the best vacation as an engaged couple before returning home to plan our wedding.
