Elizabeth is Mary's bubbly, loud, and fun sister. She is usually always singing something when she's not studying for med school exams. Elizabeth and AJ love to team up to make fun of Mary together.

Kayla and Mary quickly became friends the first year Mary lived in Athens (They were actually introduced through Kayla's mom!). They lived together one year before Kayla had to move on back to Pharmacy school, but they live close enough now to still visit each other on the weekends.

Annie is Mary's cousin and close friend. The two ladies are usually bonding over sharing teaching struggles and enjoying their summers off at the beach house. Annie is one of Mary's favorite teammates for anything competitive, including but not limited to board games, trivia, or pickleball.

Florence and Mary are also cousins and also share the passion of teaching. The two ladies enjoy catching up together at the beach house during the summer. To Mary, Florence has always felt like another younger sister.
