When arriving at the airport in Madrid, the easiest way to get to Toledo is to take the bullet train from the Atocha train station. A Taxi from the airport to the train station will be about $33 and the train ticket will be roughly $20 (the train ticket will have to be purchased in advance, its not like a subway station).

We have hired a transportation company to pick up guests from the 4 hotels we have suggested. The buses will take guests to and from the venue at certain times.
