Where will the ceremony and reception be taking place? Will it be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will both be held at the beautiful Gravatt Camp and Conference Center, on the outskirts of Aiken, SC. The address is 1006 Camp Gravatt Road, Aiken, SC, 29805 (the GPS should take you right to it). Once onsite, there will be signage and staff to help lead you to the ceremony location. When you arrive on property, the conference center will be in front of you, and the Roy Stewart House will be to your right. If you are spending the night, pull straight ahead into the parking lot and check in at the gazebo. If not, take the dirt road to the left and follow the arrows to camp. Go under the Camp Gravatt sign and continue to follow the arrows until you reach the parking area behind the pavilion. The ceremony will take place in the outdoor chapel, and we will celebrate afterwards in open-air buildings and by the camp fire.

When and how do I RSVP?

Please RSVP here (click the “RSVP” tab) by Sunday, April 13, 2025. A prompt RSVP will ensure the best possible guest experience.

What time should I arrive?

If you are spending the night on the property, we ask that you arrive no later than 3:00 PM on Saturday to check in. If you are not spending the night, please arrive by 4:15 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter the ceremony area once it has begun.

Are children welcome at the ceremony/reception?

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. The only children in attendance will be those of immediate family. We hope you’ll let your hair down and get loose!

Can I bring a guest/plus-one?

Due to venue capacity limitations, please bring a guest/plus-one only if one is indicated on your invitation/RSVP link.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. For this time of year in South Carolina, folks who would like to wear a dress can wear sundresses, lightweight separates, and flats or wedge heels. Alternatively, guests can wear a light dress shirt with khakis or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties are optional.

Where can I spend the night after the wedding?

We are inviting and encouraging all of our guests to spend the night on the property after the reception ends. There are two camping options available, and a farewell brunch will be served on Sunday morning. Click the “Lodging” tab for more information.
