The dress code for the wedding and the reception is semi-formal/black tie optional.

The ceremony starts at 2 pm. We ask that all guests arrive by 1: 45 pm, so that is everyone is seated by the time the ceremony begins.

The ceremony is located at Immaculate Conception Dardenne Prairie. The ceremony will take place at the Chapel on the property at the corner of Hanley/Post Road and Town Square Avenue. The address of the Chapel is 2083 Hanley Road, Dardenne Prairie, MO 63368. If you have questions or cannot find the Chapel the day of the ceremony, please call Ted Vollmar at (314) 330-7903.

The reception will take place directly after the ceremony at Whitmoor Country Club, 1100 Whitmoor Drive, Weldon Spring, MO 63304. Upon the ending of the ceremony, the bridal party will take pictures and cocktail hour will begin at the reception. The bridal party will meet you after the pictures end. At this time, transportation will not provided. Uber and Lyft services are available in the area. We recommend carpooling; however, the venue has lots of parking spaces available.

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes! If not, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.

The RSVP deadline is September 1st, 2025.
