HOW AND WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

To RSVP please tear off the bottom of the invitation you received along the perforation mark, indicate your answer (and include a song request if you'd like!) and drop it in the mail! We ask that you kindly RSVP by May 1, 2026.



WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME?

If you do not RSVP by May 1, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count for our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.



WHAT IF I RSVP'D AND I CAN'T MAKE IT?

You will be missed! Life happens, no worries. Please let the bride and groom know as soon as possible that you will no longer be able to attend.



CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?

In an effort to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. Your formal invitation has been made out to "[Your Name] and Guest" if you have received a plus one. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions!



WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?

We would love our family and friends to be comfortable and feel their best, so we are requesting that all of our guests dress in dressy-casual clothing. (Think below-the-knee dresses, chic jumpsuits, or dressy skirts / tops for women; suit or dress shirt / slacks for men.) The wedding colors are blues and purples. The ceremony and reception will be held inside, and we will walk along paved sidewalks to the afterparty. Please take this into consideration when choosing your shoes!



WHERE WILL THE CEREMONY / RECEPTION BE HELD?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Eagles Hall in Alameda. The address is 2305 Alameda Avenue, Alameda, CA 94501.



WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Doors will open at 12:30pm and the ceremony will begin at 1:00pm. Please leave your hotel / residence early enough to ensure you have plenty of time to park and make your way to the Hall.



PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY:

Once the ceremony begins we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. Our photographer will capture this moment for us! Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as may photos as you'd like!



WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

We will be providing a hybrid bar! Once our dollar cap has been reached, the venue will switch to a cash bar, so be sure to bring cash/cards if you'd like more than 2 drinks during the reception. We will also be providing champagne for toasts.



WHERE DO I PARK?

Our venue has limited on-site parking; Alameda offers street parking as well. Another option is to park in the Civic Center Parking Structure at 1416 Oak St, Alameda, CA 94501. It is a 3 minute walk from the venue.

WILL THERE BE AN AFTERPARTY?

Yes! After the reception ends at 8:00pm, we and however many guests would like to come, will make our way to the Lucky 13 Bar, which is a 3 minute walk around the corner. This spot holds a special place in our hearts, and we'd love to share it with our friends and family!
