 Our Story

We met during our first year of Undergrad at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. We were immediately drawn to each other and began dating within two months of meeting. Ever since we have been inseparable, and we cannot imagine spending our lives with anyone else. Together we have made many friends and memories over the past four years we have been together. We are so excited for those same friends and our families to celebrate this next step in our lives with us. See you soon!

I may seem like a bitch but that’s just my face. Side note if I catch you talking to the bride the day of the wedding about anything other than how beautiful she is I will personally escort you out! Maryellen and I have been best friends since the 3rd grade! Mary has always been there for me, and we have so many memories together. I cannot wait to see Mary and Matthew love their happily ever after.

Matthew’s oldest sister. Definitely didn’t google how to write a bridesmaid’s intro. Loves animals and books, dislikes any temperature above 75. Special Ed teacher and so excited to gain another sister.

Lover of skating, sushi, and hitting up the Springfield Antique barn with Maryellen! Maryellen and I have been friends since high school, where we were MVPs on our Mock Trial team. Even though we only have time for a few shenanigans per year, she has remained one of my closest friends and confidants over the years. I am so excited to go crazy, go stupid celebrating the marriage of my favorite M&M!!

Hello! I am a high school friend of Mary's and I met Matthew through her, the rest is history! I enjoy listening to country music and pretending I am a cowboy. I will also talk your ear off about science, space, and other nerd stuff, just a warning.

Matthew and Maryellen’s Japanese-culture loving friend. Been told repeatedly that I’m always reminding people I’ve been to Europe… twice. Also been told it’s hard to get me wasted. Besides always procrastinating, I’m a lover of music, art, movies, and anything science-related. Main goal of the big day is to not cry before the engaged couple say their “I do’s”
