Our Wedding

Our story began in the most unexpected way — at a dog park in a small town, where two people, both with their very different, very energetic dogs, found each other. On a crisp afternoon, Maryrose was at the park with Mishka, a crazy ball of energy who lives for a good game of fetch. With each throw, Mishka would sprint across the field with excitement, completely ignoring everything else around her. Meanwhile, Evan was there with Wilson, a sweet, easygoing pup who just loved to play, but never quite understood the obsession with fetching — he were more interested in sniffing around and making new friends than chasing after a ball. It wasn’t long before we started chatting — first about the dogs, and then about everything else. Our dogs quickly became the perfect icebreakers, and our connection grew naturally from there.We spent the next few weeks meeting up at the park regularly. Sometimes, the dogs would chase after the ball together, but more often, they were running in different directions, pulling us along in the process. Still, we loved it, because with each meeting, we learned more about each other — and each time, we couldn’t help but smile at the contrast between our two pups, just like we smiled at the differences between us.A relationship that started over fetch and playfulness has now grown into something truly special. From that first chance encounter at the dog park to this moment, we’ve discovered that love can sometimes be just as unexpected, fun, and full of surprises as a game of fetch.Thank you for being part of our story.
