How can I RSVP? What is the deadline?
Please RSVP on this website (see "RSVP" heading). If you have any trouble, please call JG at 320-260-2475.
Please RSVP by April 30th. This will allow us to be sure you have a seat and food! No RSVP... no seat or food! :)
Where is the wedding? How do I get there?
The address for the ceremony and reception is 45011 230th St, Henning, MN 56551
Parking will be notified by signs once you drive onto the island. There will be a five-minute walk to the ceremony location from the parking area. For those who need it, closer parking spots and a ride to the ceremony location will be provided. Please let us know either by phone call or on your RSVP if you need accomodations!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held at the Outdoor Chapel near the beach on the island. If we are not able to use that space, the wedding will be in the (indoor) Chapel, and this will be communicated to you prior to the wedding and via signs when you arrive.
Note: The outdoor chapel is built on uneven ground, so if walking on woodchips/a small hill is concerning, please let us know so we can arrange accomodations.
What should I wear?
Dressy Casual, Beach Formal, or Semi-formal.
We want you to be comfortable! Dress up or be casual.
Please keep the June weather in mind, as it may be warm. We will have outdoor games available to play, and the island is wonderful to explore, so keep that in mind when choosing attire/footwear.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Only if it was listed in your RSVP and you marked them as attending. :)
Are children invited!
YES! We want our wedding to be family-friendly and will have games, coloring sheets, and more activities available for the little ones. Please RSVP for them when you submit your response.
What kind of food will be served at the reception? What if I have dietary concerns?
Our catering is through Burritos California, a family business from Brainerd, MN. They will be serving burritos and burrito bowls, to order. You are able to choose what toppings you'd like in your meal. Please notate on your RSVP any allergy concerns you or your family may have.
Will there be an open bar?
No, there will not be an open or a cash bar available. There will be a limited supply of non/alcoholic beverages provided.
Where is the wedding registry?
The registry can be located through this website. Find the "Registry" tab! :) We are also registered on Walmart, which is linked at the bottom of the Knot registry.
Do I need to bring a wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can bring it to the reception or have it delivered to the address listed in the registry. We will also have a a place for gifts and cards at the reception.
What is the itnerary?
Please arrive with time to park, find a bathroom, perhaps explore the island, and get to your seat to be ready for the ceremony. The ceremony is expected to begin by 3pm.
The reception will begin at 5pm, and will end by approximately 9:30pm.
Am I allowed to take photos during the wedding?
Yes! :) And if you choose to post them online, please tag my (Jaden) account so I can see them too. :)
Will you be livestreaming the ceremony?
We will have a limited livestream (not open to public) available for guests who are unable to attend in person and request to view the ceremony online.
Where will updates be posted?
We will send any urgent updates by email that you provide on your RSVP.
