Please RSVP, by using the RSVP tab, by August 15th to let us know if you will be celebrating with us in person!

Please arrive no later than 4:45pm. Due to the layout of the venue, the Overlook staff will close off the road to the venue by 4:45pm to ensure that cars are not driving down once the ceremony starts.

The wedding attire is Semi-formal. The ceremony will take place on a lawn so we recommend footwear that is comfortable on the grass.

The venue is located approximately 5,000 feet above sea level, we would recommend bringing a sweater in case of wind. The ceremony will take place outdoors and the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

There will be plenty of parking at the venue to accommodate everyone that will be driving.

- Tri-Cities airport (just outside of Johnson City, TN) is 1 hr 20 minutes from the venue. - Charlotte Douglas Regional Airport is ~2 hr 20 minutes from the venue. - Asheville Regional Airport is ~2 hrs from the venue.

Please only RSVP for the names listed on your invitation due to limited space at the venue.

Children are included in your RSVP although child care is not provided and we will not be able to provide high chairs.
