When is the deadline to let you know our answer ?

Thank you for giving you answer by November, Monday 17th.

When should you book your stay ?

As soon as possible. The sooner, the cheaper and the better. There are not a lot of accommodations around the venue, that is why we recommend to book early.

When do you need to get there ?

We suggest that the latest arrival is around 5 on Saturday. There will be a welcome dinner around 7 pm.

How long do you need to stay ?

Up to you, as long as your are there on saturday night and sunday (full day). If you want to spend some more time with us, we will be there until Thursday.
