There are no Ubers or Lyfts in Estes Park, so make sure you have a means of transportation! If you will not have a car, Estes Park provides free shuttles/buses (See Travel for links). There will also be a complimentary shuttle servicing our event. To use the shuttle, you MUST stay at the Best Western Silver Saddle Inn (See Travel). It will leave & return to this hotel only. It can accommodate a maximum of 48 guests to the venue, so you must secure a spot if you want a ride to the ceremony. This is first come, first serve. There are currently 2 spots available on the shuttle to the venue. To claim a spot for you/your party, message Kayla at (719) 310-0818. Details will be provided once your spot is secured. Anyone can leave the reception via the shuttle if they are staying at the Best Western. Della Terra allows overnight parking, so if you are drinking, please do not drive & take the shuttle instead!
Is there a dress code?
No! We want you to be comfortable at our wedding, so wear whatever you like. We do ask that you avoid wearing any shade of purple, as well as anything too casual (ex. sweats, athletic shorts, blue jeans, & t-shirts). Also, the plan is to have the wedding ceremony & cocktail hour outside if weather permits, so please dress accordingly! We will have heaters in the ceremony & cocktail hour spaces, but it may still be chilly since we are in the mountains during late October. The reception will be inside.
Will there be celebratory drinking?
There will be an open bar at the wedding. Please bring your ID! The bartender will NOT serve individuals who cannot produce a valid form of ID. Also, do not drink & drive! The roads near the venue can be dangerous to drive, especially under the influence. We love you & do not want anything to happen to you or anybody else! Please consider staying at the Best Western Silver Saddle Inn to utilize our complimentary shuttle (See above for more information)
What kind of food will be served?
Appetizers include Tuscan pinwheels (Vegan), Swedish meatballs (GF), bacon-wrapped shrimp (GF, DF), elk sausage skewers (GF), & a baked brie wheel served with peaches, apples, and bread. Dinner will be served buffet style & include bread, Caesar salad, sides & entrees. The available sides are mashed potatoes with white cheddar (GF) & roasted asparagus (GF, Vegan). Entrees include herb & cream cheese stuffed chicken breast, slow roasted beef (GF, DF), & roasted pork tenderloin (GF, DF). Alternative entrees are available for vegetarians, so please reach out to Kayla at (719) 310-0818 to discuss. If there are any food sensitivities or allergies we should be aware of, please include them in the notes when RSVPing.
