Yes! Both the Courtyard Marriott and the Hampton Inn share a parking lot and are within walking distance of one another. Both hotels will use the same shuttle transportation to and from the venue.

Yes! Shuttles will leave the hotel parking lot at 3:45pm to head to the venue. Departure from the venue to the hotel will be provided first at 8:30pm, and again at the end of the reception at 10:00pm.

Yes, there is parking available at the hotels. A required parking fee will be applied to your hotel reservation if using their parking lot.

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors and our cocktail hour will be under a tent before moving indoors for the reception. You may also need to briefly walk across the grass to the tent. Please dress accordingly to stay comfortable during the event.
