Yes, the ceremony will be taking place in the orchard then after the cocktail hour and reception will be held in and around the winery.

A celebratory drink will be provided when you arrive on site and make your way to the ceremony then during the cocktail hour it will be open bar. There will be a cash ( debit and credit cards will be accepted too) bar after dinner.

There will be a wide selection or water, pop and juices for non alcoholic options as well as coffee and tea provided after dinner. There will be a typical bar set up with cocktails as well as canned beer, coolers, seltzers. Please feel free to also choose from the winery/ brewery's craft selections.

The Ceremony will be held outdoors (tent will be set up in case of inclement weather). The reception will be held indoors. Please dress to the weather conditions.

Yes, there are room blocks set for guests at Super8 in Windsor at a discounted rate. Please see the invitation for the name the block is under.

Yes, please take the cocktail hour to sign the guest book, mingle, relax, get a drink and walk around the beautiful winery inclusive of the orchard.

Please do not take any photos during the ceremony or dinner, we have a photographer ensuring everything is covered. After dinner feel free to take as may photos as you wish!

MTO Taxi will be on stand-by on site from 10 pm to 1 am, all fairs from that cab have already been covered for your peace of mind.
