Tierney and Emily have been best friends for over 5 years and have traveled around the world together. From the green hills of Ireland to the bright blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, there’s no type of adventure they haven’t experienced together. Tierney is a go getter, planner, and reliable friend who always shows up in times of need. Whether near or far, Tierney and Emily always have the best time together.

While Emily and Sadie have been friends for about 4 years, it has felt like a lifetime. They started Seattle Insiders together and have shared many unique memories together. From hot air balloon rides in the Sonoran Desert to sleeping in a camper van at Yosemite National Park—their story has many fun pages.

Courtney is Emily’s sister-in-law and mom to Emily’s first niece, Emma. Courtney has been in Emily’s life for over 10 years and has always felt like part of the family. It meant so much to Emily to be a part of her bridal party and she is excited Courtney will also be a part of her special day. May 27th also happens to be Courtney’s birthday.

Emily and Lindsay have been friends for over 20 years. Even though they have both lived in many places far from each other, their friendship has stayed strong. They both share a love for travel and hospitality which led to them reconnecting after a few years apart. When they are together it always feels like no time has passed.

Emily and Tori met randomly from an Instagram giveaway (yes this is true) but became fast friends. They both have a love for adventure, photography and amazing cabins. No matter what they do together, they are always laughing and having the best time. Tori has a life of the party personality which Emily loves.

Emily and Veronika have been friends for over 8 years. They met when they were both in college and bonded over a love for photography and the outdoors. Much of their friendship is spent enjoying the beauty that Washington has to offer. Emily loves Veronika’s kind and adventurous spirit.

Emily and Karen became friends over 10 years ago at Seattle University. They both were Sociology majors and would pull all nighters to get all of their studying done (with the help of energy drinks). Karen is one of the smartest people Emily knows and she values their deep conversations together more than anything.

Mara is Emily’s cousin who lives in Alaska and is as outdoorsy as they come. They’ve always shared a love for the mountains, good music and photography. Since they both live in the Pacific Northwest they’ve traveled to see each other many times and have made fun memories together.

Lauren and Emily have been friends for over 20 years and met at waterski camp. They’ve been through so much together throughout middle school, high school and college and have maintained their friendship even while living miles apart. Lauren has always been one of the hardest working people Emily knows and that is something she truly values about her.

If you’re looking to explore Seattle, Pike Place Market is a must see. It is a vibrant neighborhood comprised of 220+ independently owned shops and restaurants, 150+ craftspeople, 70+ farmers—you name it! It right on the water for beautiful views of the Olympic mountains and Puget Sound area. Matt and Emily Favorite - Daily Dozen Donuts, Beecher's Mac and Cheese, and the numerous dessert shops. Pikes Place is a network of several alleyways, venture your way down all of them or you might miss something! Fun Fact - Pike Place Chowder has won the New England Chowdafest three consecutive years in a row. Tourist Trap! - Pikes Place is the home to the original Starbucks. Unless you wanted a souvenir, don't wait in the insanely long line, it's still the normal Starbucks menu, but still a cool place to say you saw.

Gold creek pond is an easy 1.2 mile loop about 40 minutes from our venue. A beautiful hike with a scenic drive &amp; worth the visit if you’re looking for nature views close by! Exit I-90, turn north, crossing under the freeway. A few hundred feet north of the highway interchange, turn right onto a narrow paved road (FR 4832) and drive east parallel to the freeway for 1 mile. Turn left on Gold Creek Road (142). Watch out for a few potholes on the unimproved forest road. Turn left in 0.3 mile onto the paved road and into the Gold Creek Pond parking lot.

We think this is a great bang for your buck to have a better understanding of Seattles landscape. The Locks tour is 2 hours long and is very reasonably priced. Assuming the weather isn't bad, this is a great option after visiting Pikes Place in the morning. Check-In:&nbsp;Queuing begins 30 minutes prior to departure time. Cruise around Seattle

Tickets can be bought in advance or walk up. This location is not next to Pikes Place and will require driving/parking to and from. Make sure to check out both levels. The top floor is an outdoor observatory and the bottom floor has glass flooring to see below you.

Space Needle

One of the best views of the city, Mt. Rainier (if it's a nice day) and the puget sound that you can get both during the day and at night. Kerry Park is a neighborhood park and not an "attraction" even though it's a famous viewpoint. Simply park on the street where you can find parking and walk over to the view.

Located next to the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden & Glass is a fun and beautiful museum to visit. Filled with interesting artwork by glass blowing artist, Dale Chihuly. It is a Seattle staple and worth a visit if you enjoy interesting art.

Be prepared and act accordingly. You will be driving up windy exposed roads with no rails, gaining significant elevation to the base of Mt. Rainier (an active volcano). Few Tips: 1) Please make sure the roads are even open - there will still be large amounts of snow <a href="https://www.nps.gov/mora/planyourvisit/paradise.htm" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.nps.gov/mora/planyourvisit/paradise.htm</a> 2) Highly recommend leaving early in the morning (around 7AM) to make sure you can get a parking spot 3) Not a bad idea to download the offline google maps of the area just incase. 4) If its possible - another great spot maybe 15 minutes from the parking lot is an area called "Picture Lake"
