Please begin loading each shuttle bus at 03:45 pm. Both shuttles will leaving the parking lot at the Courtyard Marriott by 4:00 pm. It’s a 15 min ride to the venue.

Outdoors (weather permitting)

Located under a covered patio at the venue

Reception is indoors.

Shuttles will pick up guests at venue at 10:00 pm

Optional: The hotel bar will be open when guests return on the shuttles from the reception. The bar will stay open until around 1 am. You’re welcome to hang out in the lobby or sit outside on the patio and enjoy the fire pits.
