The Barn on the Pemi sits high above the Pemigewasset River on a secluded hilltop with breathtaking mountain views off of historic Route 3 in Plymouth, New Hampshire. Opened in April 2018, this circa 1855 barn originating from Canterbury, New Hampshire was salvaged and disassembled by The Common Man family, relocated to Plymouth, and lovingly restored to preserve its nearly two-century history. Surrounded by wilderness, it offers the perfect mix of modern conveniences and rustic charm.

The Venue - The Barn on the Pemi

Boston is the closest large airport to the wedding and White Mountains. Rental cars can easily be found at Boston and taken to Plymouth NH where the accommodations and venue are. Manchester, NH has a closer airport (MHT) but flights are typically more expensive and harder to come by.

Please note that this location will show as booked for 6/27-6/28 on their website, but a limited number of rooms will be available for wedding guests on a first-come first-serve basis. Just a short drive up the road from our flagship The Common Man Inn &amp; Spa, The Lodge is the newest addition to the Common Man family’s Plymouth, NH accommodation options. Opened in 2022, the rustic-themed 37-room Lodge offers a variety of guest room options, a gift nook stocked with NH-made goods, and continental breakfast in our lobby each morning.
