The attire is formal or black tie optional. For women this can include mid or full length dresses with minimal patterns or muted colors. Or for a more tailored look, jumpsuits and suits are also appropriate. A cardigan or light jacket is recommended for this fall wedding. Men are asked to wear a suit or tux. Khakis, jeans, polos, and flannels are not considered appropriate.

After dinner, you will receive your chips for $5. Your 'buy in' will go to the couple's honeymoon fund. The winner at the end of the evening will receive a grand prize bourbon basket.

Both the reception and ceremony will be at Gardencourt which is located at 1044 Alta Vista Rd, Louisville, KY 40205

There are stairs into the ceremony space, but ushers will be on hand to assist those who need it.

Yes. There is free parking on site and handicap parking available as well. Parking is easily accessible, paved, and directly adjacent to the venue.

The ceremony is set to take place out doors in the Gardencourt Rose Garden and the reception will be inside in the formal Gardencourt hall.

In the case of rain, the ceremony will take place at St. Paul United Methodist Church which is six minutes from Gardencourt. The reception would still be at Gardencourt afterwards. We will send a text and email notification to all guests and put signage at the venue to notify guests of the change if it does rain. St. Paul also has free parking and is located at 2000 Douglass Blvd, Louisville, KY 40205 . Guests would need to transport themselves to Gardencourt for the reception to follow.

Due to limited venue space, we ask that only guests listed on the invites attend unless otherwise noted.

Due to a limited guest allowance at our venue, we kindly ask that you leave your children at home. Enjoy a kid-free evening with us!

We will be serving an Italian buffet with meat and vegetarian options.

Yes. The open bar will feature two signature cocktails.

A vegetarian menu item will be featured as part of the buffet. For other restrictions or allergies, please make a note on your RSVP.

The 5:00 ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour, dinner reception, and a casino night with casino tables and dealers!

Please arrive at the venue between 4:30 and 4:45pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm and late guests will be asked to wait to join the celebration until cocktail hour.
