Our Wedding

Matt and Kylie met in August of 2017 on Kylie's first day of high school. They were in first period together; Introduction to Art. Matt and Kylie were seated at the same table due to the class sitting in alphabetical order. Throughout the semester, Matt and Kylie became friends and looked forward to seeing each other every morning in art class. 	The semester ended, and Matt and Kylie no longer had art class together. They continued to keep in contact; talking to each other in the hallways, texting, and Matt and Nick following Kylie and Maddie on their way home from Illiana. Time went by, and in March of 2018, Matt and Kylie went on their first official date for ice cream. They talked about their families, friends, futures, and love for dogs. 	Matt and Kylie continues to date and make memories in high school. Matt graduated in spring of 2020, and Kylie in spring of 2021. Matt attended Purdue University Northwest, and Kylie attended Fox College. Their relationship continued to grow as they grew as adults and individuals. They continued to pray for each other and for their future. 	After college, Matt moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan in order to pursue his career as a software engineer. Kylie remained in northwest Indiana working as a school based occupational therapy assistant. They learned how to navigate a medium distance relationship, and planned special dates to make each other feel appreciated and loved. 	In April 2025, Matt proposed to Kylie surrounded by their family and friends. They are beyond excited to enter a new stage of life as husband and wife; and to celebrate the day with their loved ones!
