Matt and Eve found each other online (Hinge, if you're curious) and met in person a couple of days later. Eve sent the first message but Matt went in for the first kiss!

Our first out of town trip was to Joshua Tree where we enjoyed the National Park, art scene, natural beauty, and chicken sandwiches in our outdoor hot tub at the AirBnB.

We love celebrating Matt's birthday and usually travel for it. This was taken in beautiful Bozeman, Montana.

We love watching our favorite sports teams duke it out--thankfully not against each other! We're Padres, Commanders, and (most of all) Wolverine fans!

Matt and Eve's first international trip was to Costa Rica with friends Kenny and Amber. All had a blast traversing the country from east to west and hitting hot springs along the way.

Our first wedding together was on the East Coast, where Eve got see Matt's childhood home in Ashburn, VA. One month later, Matt would join Eve for Thanksgiving in Michigan and see hers.

Matt started his tenure as the Michigan Wolverine's good luck charm when UM defeated OSU for the first time in ten years! This was also the first game where Eve got to rush the field. Go Blue!

In January 2022, upon Matt's urging, Eve started skiing. They've been on many ski trips since, to Colorado, Utah, and even Switzerland.

Matt has been scuba certified since 2014, so in December 2021 it was Eve's turn. Once she was, she and Matt headed down to Belize for the scuba trip of a lifetime on Glover's Reef Atoll.

Matt and Eve love celebrating their community and traveled to San Francisco with friends Christine and Alyx during Pride in 2022 to do just that!

Matt and Eve have been to many shows over the course of their relationship, but one of the most memorable (and cutest!) was Harry Styles in Madison Square Garden.

Italy in 2022 was a perfect trip. Matt and Eve traveled to Rome, the Amalfi Coast, and Naples in search of gorgeous vistas and amazing food.

In December 2022, Matt and Eve and the Salton/Vecchio family traveled to the Winter Markets in Germany, France, and Switzerland. We ate well and enjoyed the Christmas cheer!

In February 2023, Matt and Eve went to Mexico with Matt's company to enjoy the sun and fun in Punta Mita. Matt and Eve stayed in Puerto Vallarta for another few days to soak up the food, fun, and vibes.

Early Spring brought snow and the perfect chance to visit our friend Michelle and Alex in Utah!

In May, we traveled to Key West to spend time with the Lasswell among the Banyan trees and enjoy the famous Songwriters Fest.

Matt graduated from Boston University with his MBA in May - so proud of you, love!

July took Matt and Eve to Northern California for hiking, hanging, and marveling at California's natural beauty.

On October 7, 2023, Matt proposed in the Rose Garden at Balboa Park. It couldn't have been more perfect, and Eve was totally surprised. She thought the subterfuge was over, until...

...Matt and our parents threw a surprise engagement party the next day!

Off to Hawai'i for another dive trip in October.

Then another wedding before our own!

We started the year with a Michigan playoff win, continued with the National Championship win, and we'll end with our own big celebration. Thanks for reliving our exciting, adventuresome, wild relationship and for joining us in celebrating our upcoming nuptials!

In February, we took a trip with Matt's family to Switzerland - mountains, skiing, and tons of fondue!
