We’d love for guests to begin arriving between 4:30 and 5:00 pm EDT to find their seats and get settled before the ceremony. The processional and wedding will promptly begin at 5:00 pm EDT.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm EDT, weather permitting, at the back of the white barn. Please plan accordingly and wear comfortable, appropriate shoes or bring a backup pair for the outdoor setting.

We invite you to relax, mingle, and enjoy this time together before the evening festivities begin. Cocktail hour will feature hors d'oeuvres and cocktails while the bridal party takes time to freshen up and the family gathers for photos.

The reception will feature barbeque with pork, brisket, and chicken as options with a variety of sides. We will happily accommodate food allergies, so please be sure to include any details on your RSVP.

At the end of the evening, join us outside for a simple sparkler send-off and a final photo together before we say goodnight.

At the very end of the evening, we will share a final dance together in an empty reception room. It will be a quiet moment just for us to take in the day before we have to clear out the venue.
