We met fall of freshman year on first day of college classes. Cassidy sat on Matt's right side and the wall was on his left. We spent the entire semester not talking to each other. By spring of 2017, we had become good friends. Through various relationships, we lost touch for a little and knew each other only through a distance by social media and mutual friends. In spring of 2019, we reconnected thanks in part to the help of our closest friends. Things were great! In late 2020, we felt best to split ways. Despite this devastating decision, we both continued with our lives and grew immensely as individuals in this time. In spring of 2023, Matt reached out to Cassidy. And, well, here we are today. More in love and better together than ever!
