In September of 2020, Matt and Kathleen met through a dating app. Despite a global pandemic, the two took a chance on love and their relationship quickly blossomed.

It only took a month for Matt and Kathleen to make it official. By October 2020, the two declared themselves an official relationship to their friends and family. Together as a couple, they were ready to take on whatever the future had in store for them.

By December of 2020, they were ready to take the next step and declare their love for one another.

After two years, Matt and Kathleen decided to move in together in June of 2022. They found a townhouse in downtown Denver and started their little family.

Just before leaving for Virginia to spend the holidays with Kathleen's family, Matthew surprised her with an engagement ring. On December 21st, the two were officially engaged to be married.

On September 19th, 2023, Matthew and Kathleen were married in Paros, Greece. They decided on an intimate ceremony with their parents in attendance. As the sun set behind the Aegean sea, the two said "I do", and moved into a future together. No longer as boyfriend and girlfriend, but as husband and wife.
