Please arrive to the venue no later than 3:15. Our ceremony will be indoors at 3:30, and cocktail hour will be on the patio from 4:30-6 followed by dinner. The bar will re-open at 7:30 and the fun will begin!

We have blocked off rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Waterloo St. Jacobs (50 Benjamin Road East, Waterloo). There are several other hotels in walking distance to this one if you decide to stay elsewhere but would still like to use the shuttle.

The check in time for the Courtyard by Marriott is 3pm. Our ceremony begins at 330pm. We have requested early check in but they cannot guarantee it, sadly, as it depends on availability. They have assured us that there will be enough staff for quick and efficient check in after the wedding. If you can please request a room in our hotel block when booking so they can keep track of how many guests to expect in the evening and staff accordingly we would appreciate it.

There is a free public lot behind the venue at 20 Albert Street East St. Jacobs or 3 Water Street St. Jacobs. The entrance to the ceremony space is through the front doors of the venue located on King St N.

As much as we would love to see your littles, our venue doesn't have the space to accommodate them. We hope you can enjoy a parents' night out. If you are a breastfeeding mom please reach out.

Please take advantage of our shuttle. They will say “Drivers Seat” on the side. Two will be running at 2:30-3pm from the Courtyard Marriott and one will be making return trips in the evening from 930pm-1230am.
