A block of rooms has been reserved for this special occasion. Rooms may be reserved by calling the Holiday Inn at 413-499-2000 and providing them with the code: CRE to receive the proper room rate. Early check-in will likely be available if requested.

While we love all of your kiddos, we prefer this to be an adults-only reception, therefore only a select few children will be in attendance. We thank you for your understanding.

Semi-formal or Dressy casual attire will be just fine! We want you to be comfortable at our wedding!

Absolutely! We only ask that you please wait for the Bride & Groom to announce their special day with photos first. During the ceremony, we ask that people not impede on our professional photographer. Also, feel free to use the POV QR codes that will be available for you to share all of your favorite photos!! We look forward to seeing all of the great moments you all capture!

Cocktail hour will consist of charcuterie boards and a limited bar. A buffet style meal including beef short ribs, chicken picatta, baked cod and sides will be served for dinner. Children in attendance will be served chicken tenders, fries & mac & cheese.

Please note that outside alcohol in the reception area is strictly prohibited. A cash bar will be available & you may have whatever beverages you like in your rooms during your stay.

Unfortunately, the hotel parking deck is under construction. There will be valet parking available; or you may park your car anywhere in the TD Bank parking lot located less than a half a block from the hotel. Additional parking is available at the McKay Street parking area across from the hotel (weekends are free!)

A buffet style breakfast will be available on Sunday morning for guests staying at the hotel for a discounted rate of $10.00 per person. Just let them know you're with us at the time of purchase!
