Matthew and Marta met on July 31st, 2020, being set up by friends at a bonfire. A short two weeks after they met, they were officially dating.

Traveling has been a highlight during their time together. Matthew and Marta have experienced many countries and cities together as well as various places in the United States.

Matthew first told Marta that he loved her when they were visiting Charleston, South Carolina. He told her while they were on the beach (Atlantic Ocean). In June of 2024, they traveled to Los Angeles where he proposed to her, again on the beach (Pacific Ocean).

Shortly after the engagement, they both left their jobs to experience a taste of full-time travel. With their new pull-behind camper and Matthew's Tacoma, they set off to explore the United States. Matthew and Marta are excited for a life of adventure. They can't wait to get married in September!
