Yes. An RSVP is absolutely REQUIRED for everyone. It is essential in planning for the ceremony & reception. In order for us to be able to accommodate you; you must RSVP prior to the deadline of February 20th 2025
HAVE YOU RESERVED BLOCKS OF ROOMS AT ONE OR MORE HOTELS?
Due to the lack of need, there will be no blocks of rooms reserved. Please look in our travel section for hotel options if you are in need.
How many guests can I bring?
Our wedding is invite only. We will only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your invitation says “and guest,” then you may bring a plus one, if not, we only have a seat reserved for you.
Are kids welcome?
Yes! We love your kids and couldn't imagine celebrating without them. However, we do ask that you only bring children included on your invitation. If your children are not listed, use this as a date night!
Is there a dress code?
We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! The theme is “Timeless Hacienda,” so we are requesting formal attire for the evening. Please do not wear denim, shorts & dresses shorter than fingertip length. Also, please refrain from wearing colors reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory, etc.) We have been dreaming of this day for a long time so we appreciate our family and friends dressing up for our most special day!
Will the wedding be inside or out?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seats. This should also give you enough time enjoy the beautiful preludes.
Where do I park?
Our venue has free on-site parking.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony.
To ensure that this moment is as special and intimate as possible, we ask that you please turn off your phones and cameras during the ceremony. We’ve hired an amazing photographer to capture every detail, and we’d love for you to simply sit back, relax, and be fully present with us as we say “I do.”
